Considering the universal competitive pressures, it is imperative for organizations to be more dynamic and innovative. The viability of companies dependent on innovation organizational culture regarded as an important component in realizing objective product innovation. study examines association between ambidextrous outcomes through mediation contextual ambidexterity. By pursuing snowball sampling technique, pre-established structural questionnaires were distributed among top management IT Telecom sector, 125 valid considered data analysis purpose. collected was analyzed using Smart PLS software measurement model assessed with respect reliability validity. Structural hypothesis testing bootstrapping technique.
